Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Sustainability, or a related technical discipline. • Solid understanding of sustainability principles, including ESG, circular economy, climate change, carbon accounting and social responsibility. • Familiarity with environmental regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 14001,EU directives). • Familiarity with renewable energy systems, sustainable construction practices, or green manufacturing. • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret environmental or sustainability-related data. • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) with the ability to work with international teams and documentation. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience (internship or job) in sustainability, CSR, ESG, or environmental departments. • Knowledge of corporate sustainability reporting, including standards and platforms such as CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project), EcoVadis, GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) • Strong Excel skills; experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus. • Ability to support the development of sustainability communication and educational materials. • Ability to evaluate and improve processes for energy efficiency, water use, material sourcing, and waste reduction. • Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting project-based work.
